Please note these payment options are only available to customers within Australia. You may purchase a money order from any Australia Post office for $2.50. The Money order / Cheque is payable to “ Newtown Jets Clothing” for the total amount of your order including shipping. Upon receipt of your money order / cheque, we will send your goods to the address you have provided. Simply enclose a copy of your order with name, address and order number details and forward with your payment to our address.
Note: Please allow additional time for delivery of your order when paying with cheque.
If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason you can exchange or refund them (with a receipt) within 21 days of when you originally received your order. Only unworn & unwashed items can be returned.
We will credit your original method of payment excluding postage (unless the goods are faulty or not as you ordered).
For an exchange of size, or colour – just send the item(s) back, let us know what you’d like and we will send you the new item free of charge.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers payclose attention to the washing instructions.
